Yarrow House Washing

The homeowner in Yarrow contacted us because their white wood-composite siding had begun to show significant signs of wear and tear. Over time, the moist climate of the Fraser Valley had allowed green algae and stubborn organic staining to accumulate, particularly around the window trim and base areas. This buildup not only made the exterior look aged and neglected but also threatened to permanently stain the finish if left untreated. The client wanted to restore the home to its original brightness without risking damage to the delicate siding surface.

To safely remove the grime, our team at Two Clean Bros employed a specialized low-pressure soft wash method. Instead of relying on high-pressure water that can gouge or strip paint from siding, we applied a custom-blended eco-friendly cleaning solution designed to dissolve organic growth and lift dirt on contact. We carefully monitored the surrounding garden greenery to ensure the cleaning agents remained controlled and effective. After allowing the solution to dwell, we performed a gentle rinse that safely flushed away all algae and pollutants from the panels and window frames.

The final transformation was immediate and dramatic, revealing the crisp, clean white finish of the original siding. The unsightly green streaks that once darkened the area around the window frame completely disappeared, leaving the exterior looking freshly painted and well-maintained. Our process effectively restored the curb appeal of the home, providing a polished look that stands out in the neighborhood. The customer was thrilled to see the brightness of their home revived with zero damage to the property materials.

This project was a residential house washing assignment located in the heart of Yarrow. We addressed persistent green algae and organic staining on white exterior composite siding by utilizing our signature low-pressure soft wash system. By prioritizing surface safety and professional chemistry, we successfully revitalized this property and eliminated the buildup that threatened the home exterior.
